I was born and raised in Aspen and have called this extraordinary valley home for most of my life. After graduating from Stanford University with a master’s degree in construction engineering and management, I worked as a business strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles. Those experiences helped shape the analytical, strategic, and real estate-focused perspective that has guided my career.
In 2005, I returned to Aspen to pursue my passion for real estate. Over the next 20+ years, my work has included real estate development, residential and commercial brokerage, and real estate investment. As a top-producing agent, I advised clients on transactions across the Aspen market while developing the market knowledge and perspective that continue to inform my work today.
I later had the privilege of serving as President & CEO of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, where I led one of the country’s leading luxury real estate brokerages. I continue to maintain my real estate license with the firm.
Today, through Ernemann Real Estate Advisors, I work independently to advise clients on their most important real estate decisions— leveraging deep local expertise, rigorous market intelligence, and a fiduciary mindset that always puts my clients first.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy skiing, cycling, hiking, and time spent outdoors with my family. I split my time between Aspen and Italy, where I embrace the culture, cuisine, and slower pace.
Most importantly, I am a proud father to my two sons, Tillar and Cornell. They inspire me every day.
